Behold the Lamb - John 1:19-34 (01.18.2026)

In John 1:19-34, John the Baptist denies being the Christ, Elijah, or the prophet and humbly identifies himself as the voice crying in the wilderness, calling people to prepare the way for the Lord.

He proclaims Jesus as the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world, witnesses the Spirit descending on him, and announces that Jesus will baptize with the Holy Spirit—urging listeners to turn from self and fix their hope on Christ.
